Barre - where ballet meets yoga and pilates.

Recently barre has been gaining some popularity among young women to get total body workout. It is a combination of ballet barre, yoga and pilates all in one that give an effective way to get that perfect body shape whether it is your thigh, hip or arms. So what you expect when you are in  a barre class.
